Acupuncture was founded centuries ago and has been shown to reduce stress, aid the body with healing, and alleviate pain.

Heather Bennigsdorf started her career with obtaining her Bachelor's Degree in Biology Pre-Med. She attended naturopathic medical school for a brief time where she learned about acupuncture. She then graduated with her Master's Degree in Acupuncture from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2018 and her national board certification in 2019. She has studied Cranio-sacral and Reiki Therapies since 2016 and obtained her Reiki Master Certificate in 2023. She has personally used acupuncture to assist with anxiety, headaches, and chronic back pain. Her goal is to bring relief and well-being to everyone.

Heather has given over 6,000 acupuncture treatments in over 5 years as a Licensed Acupuncturist. She has treated pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, digestion issues, and headaches.
